Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Associate based in Noida. The Inside Sales Associate will focus on engaging with potential clients, generating and following up on leads, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and effectively building client relationships
• Proficiency in managing Account Management and ensuring Customer Service excellence
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Experience in the sales industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
