Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and track sales progress effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to strategize and implement sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This position is based in Bangalore and offers a competitive annual salary of 4,00,000.
