Job Overview:

We seek a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform cold calling activities for the US market, scheduling meetings for our technical team to introduce our services. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services to create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Lead qualification with deeper research using various sales tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.,

  • Understanding of data engineering, software development, and cloud integration services.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling technology services to the US market.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends in data engineering, software development, and cloud integration.

  • Previous experience in cross-selling and up-selling within a sales role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the US market to introduce United Techno's data engineering, software development, and cloud integration services.

  • Identify and qualify leads, understanding their business needs and pain points.

  • Schedule meetings between potential clients and our technical team for detailed service presentations.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure they are well-prepared for client meetings.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.

  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-study.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
