About the Role:

We are seeking an Innovation Engineer (Electronics) to join our growing team developing next-generation products for the healthcare and smart electronics sector. In this role, you will work closely with R&D and engineering teams to identify patentable features, prepare high-quality technical documents, and support innovation initiatives that define the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand new product concepts and identify innovative, patentable aspects.
• Prepare detailed technical documents for patent applications, including invention disclosures, system descriptions, and working principles under the guidance of the product development team.
• Create clear block diagrams, system architecture illustrations, and workflow charts for patent and design documentation.
• Analyse designs to extract unique and commercially relevant features with clarity and precision.
• Support prior art searches by providing structured technical summaries to patent attorneys.
• Maintain version-controlled design and R&D documentation libraries.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of proprietary information and unpublished inventions.
• Assist in preparing compliance and certification documentation when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills with a structured and logical approach.
• Ability to quickly understand complex engineering designs and communicate them clearly in writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and diagramming tools (Draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with engineers, leadership, and patent attorneys.
• High attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy in documentation.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with research or design project experience.
• Exposure to patent drafting, invention disclosures, or intellectual property processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
