The Impact You Will Have In This Role

• Design, implement, and maintain observability systems (PagerDuty) that monitor, analyze, and report on the health and performance of software applications and infrastructure.
• Manage and configure PagerDuty for effective incident response and on-call management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Integrate observability tools (PagerDuty) with IT infrastructure components such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana and ServiceNow.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on observability best practices.
• Proficient in both written (Office applications) and verbal communication, adept at conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  

Talents Needed For Success

• Experience in PagerDuty with IT infrastructure components such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana and ServiceNow.
