Job Description: Work within a team of dedicated project managers and engineers to deliver technology infrastructure solutions to internal and external clients End-to-end manage infrastructure projects initiated by Markets and Banking Application teams Lead, plan and implement projects against agreed scope, schedule and budget Assess scope and requirements, dependencies, risks, constraints, migration strategies, cost and schedule then deliver Fulfill all regulatory, compliance and business requirements For each project type, from initial scope and planning through location analysis, sizing, managing the technology design teams and delivering the fit out, including: Financial analysis, approval and management Management reporting to senior levels in technology and business Leading internal design and implementation teams Interacting with vendors for procurement and delivery Producing a detailed schedule including all work packages for delivery Job Responsibilities: Manage project scope, budget and approval Manage project processes, schedule, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation Identify and assign resources working with required technology departments Facilitate meetings among all stakeholders regularly and produce status update reports Maintain good relationship with stakeholders, users, and vendors, etc. Required Skills: Graduate in technology or electronics related discipline Excellent understanding of technology infrastructure with focus on physical & virtual server technologies and deployment, network connectivity technologies including to external parties, storage and middleware Ability to manage multiple complex technical projects and communicate across teams and diverse cultures Strong presentation, analytical, problem solving, facilitation and people skills Excellent written and oral communication in English, interpersonal, and organisational skills Positive can-do attitude; independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and accept challenges Financial acumen and understanding of financial planning and reporting
