Growing together We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Control-M Administrator to oversee and optimize enterprise-level job scheduling and workload automation processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Control-M environment, ensuring its stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to streamline IT operations. Primary Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Control-M environment, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patchingMonitor system performance and ensure optimal operation to meet service level agreements (SLAs)Design, configure, and manage job schedules, ensuring efficient workflows across systemsAutomate repetitive tasks and processes, reducing manual intervention and improving productivityInvestigate and resolve issues related to job failures, performance degradation, and system errorsProvide technical support to teams leveraging Control-M for their operationsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving scheduling and automation processesImplement best practices for workload automation and system integrationMaintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting stepsGenerate reports to provide insights into system performance, job completion rates, and error trendsEnsure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies related to data handling and system accessImplement and monitor security measures within the Control-M environmentComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of relevant experience.Proven experience as a Control-M Administrator or in a similar roleSolid understanding of workload automation tools and principlesProficiency in scripting and programming for task automation (e.g., PowerShell)Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management frameworksProven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailSolid communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with integrating Control-M with other enterprise tools and platforms.Knowledge of cloud-based job scheduling and automation solutions.
