In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and enhancing tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and A/V technologies including conference room systems and digital displays (e.g., X2O Digital signage). You will ensure seamless integration of these tools and systems into the organizations infrastructure, providing collaborative and content management solutions that improve communication, content sharing, and team productivity. Key Responsibilities -Collaboration Tool Implementation Optimization: Deploy, configure, and optimize collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Hive/ MS eCDN, and Proof Point across the organization. Work with teams to ensure proper adoption and effective usage of these tools. -A/V Systems Conference Room Technologies: Manage the integration of A/V systems for video conferencing and collaboration, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, and other conference room technology. Oversee setup and optimization of conference room A/V hardware, ensuring a seamless user experience. -Digital Display Solutions (e.g., X2O) Deploy and maintain digital signage solutions such as X2O, ensuring smooth integration with corporate content and real-time data feeds.
