Web3 Infrastructure Associate Director

As a Web3 Infrastructure Associate Director at DTCC, you will lead the design, deployment, and management of Web3 infrastructure initiatives, focusing on the DTCC Collateral Appchain and other blockchain-based networks. Your role will involve blending expertise in infrastructure engineering, DevSecOps best practices, and blockchain network architecture to build a secure, scalable, and resilient blockchain infrastructure platform supporting critical financial applications. **Your Primary Responsibilities** - Architect and lead the development of DTCC Collateral Appchain infrastructure and other Web3 initiatives for high availability, scalability, and security. - Design and implement blockchain node infrastructure, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract deployment pipelines. - Oversee Kubernetes-based orchestration of blockchain nodes and supporting services. - Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Terragrunt. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams for seamless integration of blockchain components. - Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for blockchain and infrastructure components. - Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and security standards. - Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure and blockchain-related issues. - Mentor and guide a team of DevOps and blockchain engineers. - Stay updated with emerging trends in blockchain infrastructure, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies. **Qualifications** - Minimum of 8 years of related experience. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. **Talents Needed For Success** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with blockchain infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Substrate, OP Stack). - Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS). - Proficient in Terraform, Terragrunt, and infrastructure automation.
