With a strong commitment to engineering excellence and timely project execution, the company is expanding its leadership team for upcoming infrastructure projects in North India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure development projects (roads, bridges, utilities, or civil structures).
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project approvals and compliance.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, DPRs, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and statutory regulations across all project sites.
• Supervise site operations, track progress, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Manage vendor negotiations, material procurement, and contract administration.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor junior engineers and supervisors.
• Provide regular MIS reports and project updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure project execution or project management.
• Proven expertise in handling government or large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory approvals, tendering, and contract laws.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in

  road/highway, drainage, or public infrastructure projects

• Ability to travel and handle on-site responsibilities across multiple locations.
