Information Technology Trainer

We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable IT Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students who are recent graduates or currently pursuing their degrees. If you love teaching and empowering the next generation of tech professionals, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IT training programs (online and in-person) tailored for students
• Assess learners’ skill levels and customize content to match their academic background
• Create easy-to-follow training materials, manuals, and guides
• Track progress and continuously improve training effectiveness
• Stay updated with the latest IT tools, technologies, and certifications
• Provide mentorship and one-on-one support to help students build confidence
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and internal teams to align training goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• Prior experience as an IT Trainer or in a teaching role is preferred
• Strong grasp of operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with student audiences
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus
• Certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are highly desirable
