The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges, connecting with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs), and attending seminars, workshops, and educational events to promote our services/programs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct visits to colleges, universities, and institutions to promote our brand and offerings. Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Heads of Departments (HODs), and faculty members. Represent the organization at seminars, workshops, training programs, job fairs, and other academic events. Coordinate and schedule marketing sessions, seminars, and student engagement activities on campus. Present company information clearly and convincingly to students and college authorities. Collect feedback and insights from institutions for continuous improvement of outreach strategies. Work closely with the internal team to develop customized promotional materials and presentations for campus engagement. Maintain a database of contacts, visit reports, and follow-up actions. Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and marketing campaigns targeted at students. Key Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in education marketing, student outreach, or business development is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with traveling and managing multiple campus visits weekly. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Proficient in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools. Preferred Qualities: Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality. Ability to build and nurture strong professional relationships. Target-driven and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
