Senior Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students via calls and digital platforms using our lead generation system
• Provide empathetic and informative counselling to address student queries
• Explain training programs clearly and guide students in selecting suitable options
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the counselling process
• Update and manage student records using CRM tools

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling or academic advising
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess student needs and recommend appropriate training solutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus
