Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs (online and in-person)
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and tailor content accordingly
Create training materials, manuals, and user guides
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and certifications
Provide one-on-one coaching and support when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are highly desirable
