Junior IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  first-line technical support

  to end-users via in-person, email, or remote tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

  laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and other peripherals

  .
• Install, configure, and maintain

  Windows/macOS operating systems

  and standard applications.
• Assist in

  setting up new users

  (accounts, email, hardware, software access).
• Manage

  IT asset inventory

  and keep records updated.
• Escalate complex issues to

  senior IT engineers or vendors

  when required.
• Support

  network connectivity issues

  (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Perform

  routine system maintenance

  and software updates.
• Ensure

  data security and backup procedures

  are followed.
• Help maintain

  conference room and video conferencing systems

  .
• Participate in

  IT projects, audits, and documentation

  as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in

  IT, Computer Science, or a related field

  .

Experience:

• 1-3 years

  of IT support experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365

  , and

  basic networking

  .
• Familiar with

  Active Directory, Outlook, and remote access tools

  .
• Understanding of

  printers, CCTV, and hardware peripherals

  .

Soft Skills:

• Strong
