About Bodhi Mind Care Hospital

Bodhi Mind Care Hospital is an integrated mental health and wellness organisation providing psychiatry, psychology, rehabilitation and neuroscience-based services. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dedicated IT professional to support and strengthen our digital infrastructure, systems, and online presence.

Role Purpose

To manage, support and enhance all IT and digital operations for Bodhi Mind Care Hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of websites, systems, software, security, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Platforms

• Manage and maintain Bodhi Mind Care Hospital websites
• Update content, troubleshoot errors and improve performance
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and user experience optimisation
• Coordinate with designers and content teams

IT Systems & Infrastructure

• Maintain internal networks, computers, printers and software systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues for staff
• Install and configure systems and applications
• Ensure system security and data protection

Health IT Support

• Support clinical software systems (EMR, patient management platforms, appointment systems)
• Assist with teleconsultation platforms and digital record management

Cybersecurity & Data Safety

• Ensure data security, confidentiality and safeguarding protocols
• Regular audits and backup systems monitoring

Innovation & Digital Growth

• Suggest and implement technological improvements
• Support digital transformation initiatives
• Assist with automation and workflow optimisation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science / Related Field
• Experience managing websites and IT systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of networking basics
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles

Desirable:

• Experience in healthcare IT systems
• Knowledge of WordPress / CMS platforms
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Experience with cloud systems and data security
• Digital marketing technical support experience
