This role supports risk and controls activities within a global IT environment, contributing to compliance, governance, and technology assurance efforts. The position requires strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to support cloud-related automation projects—particularly in Azure. You will work independently and in collaboration with senior analysts to ensure effective risk and controls management across assigned domains.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute risk and controls assignments and small projects independently or as part of a team.
• Support the assessment, documentation, and monitoring of IT controls across relevant domains.
• Apply a structured, methodical approach to analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with senior Risk & Controls or Compliance Analysts for complex tasks.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation aligned with internal standards.
• Engage with internal stakeholders within the team to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution.

🧩 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of experience in Risk & Controls, IT Governance, Compliance, or Audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

✨ Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting automation or cloud-based projects.
• Familiarity with IT general controls, IT risk frameworks, or compliance methodologies.
• Exposure to large, global, or matrixed environments.
• Understanding of connectivity automation concepts.
