In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for a wide range of IT roles across domains and technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client IT hiring needs and interpret both niche and generic (vanilla) job descriptions accurately.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Conduct telephonic screening to assess technical knowledge, experience, and fitment.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
• Maintain updated records of candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
• Follow up with candidates during and after the interview process, including offer negotiations.
• Ensure timely execution of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Achieve sourcing and closure targets for both niche and high-volume roles.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in

  IT recruitment

  , with exposure to hiring for

  both niche (e.g., DevOps, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity)

  and

  vanilla (e.g., Java, .NET, Testing, Support)

  skills.
• Must have

  own laptop

  .
• Proficient in sourcing via job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, industry trends, and recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and a good team player.
