Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end project delivery across multiple business functions. This includes defining project scope, managing resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and manage deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance norms, and customer expectations.
• Prepare periodic project reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership review.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
• Manage change requests to maintain alignment with project objectives and scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of proven experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good technical understanding of web development and data engineering technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
