As an IT Project Coordinator at Task Source, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team to successfully plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time and within scope. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting Project Managers in coordinating IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Facilitating communication between internal teams and international clients to ensure seamless project execution. - Tracking project progress, preparing reports, and updating stakeholders on milestones and deliverables. - Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and task lists using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. - Supporting in managing project risks, dependencies, and change requests. - Organizing and participating in meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. - Ensuring that project standards and processes are consistently maintained across all project phases. - Working closely with developers, designers, QA, and other team members to ensure timely deliverables. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar IT role. - Strong understanding of project management principles, with Agile/Scrum knowledge preferred. - Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, especially in dealing with international teams or clients. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. - Basic technical understanding of IT systems, software development, and web technologies. It would be nice to have the following qualifications and experiences: - Certification in Project Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CAPM). - Experience working with global clients and distributed teams. - Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tools like Slack or Teams.
