Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:-

  • Perform daily system checks, updates, and maintenance of hardware/software.
  • Manage user accounts, access control, and password resets.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for system, network, and application issues.
  • Monitor and maintain site network operations; coordinate with base/corporate IT for escalations.
  • Ensure IT security compliance through patches, antivirus updates, and policy adherence.
  • Maintain and support billing/meal count devices used in operations.
  • Track and resolve IT tickets; escalate unresolved issues when required.
  • Optimize system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, updates, and recurring issues.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN (networking), Router,, switches, Firewalls, SQL Required
  • knowledge of Data Base Management System and server backup.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bsc IT/Msc IT/ Diploma in IT required
  • Experience of 3-5 years required in IT
