Job Summary

IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain
desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
.
Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware and software issues
promptly.
Manage and monitor
LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and other network connectivity
.
Configure and maintain
routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment
.
Ensure
data backup, security protocols, and antivirus updates
are in place.
Support users with IT-related queries and provide
technical assistance
.
Maintain
inventory of IT assets
and ensure timely upgrades.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks.
Assist in
server management and system updates/patches
.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and IT AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in
Computer Science, IT, or related field
(Diploma/Certification in Networking preferred).
Strong knowledge of
hardware troubleshooting, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
.
Hands-on experience with
switches, routers, and firewall configuration
.
Knowledge of
Active Directory, Office 365, and email configuration
will be an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

1-2 years
of experience in IT support, hardware, and networking.
Freshers with
relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, etc.)
may also be considered.
