Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of Information Communication Technology (ICT) projects within our organization. As an ICT Project Manager, you should have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role will involve defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing detailed project plans, managing project budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of ICT projects. Acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and external partners, you will communicate project progress, risks, and issues regularly. Your responsibilities will also include identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, monitoring and controlling project risks, and managing project expenditures effectively. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that all ICT projects meet quality standards, comply with organizational policies, and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, along with experience in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Trello, is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with project management certifications like PMP or PRINCE2. Your ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, think strategically, solve problems, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to new technologies will be key to your success in this role.,
