Informatica Developer

This is a remote position.

Informatica Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Informatica PowerCenter 10.1

  mappings.
• Translate business/user requirements into a comprehensive architecture framework and implement scalable solutions.
  
• Develop and debug complex

  SQL queries

  and

  PL/SQL procedures

  for Oracle databases.
• Work with

  parameter files

  in Informatica to enhance design efficiency and maintainability.
• Create unit and integration test code to validate applications against client requirements.
  
• Ensure complete and accurate technical documentation for all projects and processes.
  
• Collaborate with application developers to ensure seamless data flows and integration.
  
• Support and participate in

  SIT

  and

  UAT

  testing efforts.
• Utilize advanced Informatica features such as

  Dynamic Caching

  ,

  Memory Management

  , and

  Parallel Processing

  to optimize performance.
• Participate actively in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  Data Integration

  and

  ETL

  using

  Informatica PowerCenter

  .
• Solid background in

  Data Modeling

  ,

  Data Quality

  , and

  Master Data Management

  .
• Proficient in

  SQL

  ,

  Oracle PL/SQL

  , and familiar with

  RDBMS

  platforms like Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
• Understanding of automated processes for build, test, documentation, and deployment at scale.
  
• Knowledge of

  Informatica server and application administration

  is a plus.
• Experience with

  Informatica IDMC

  (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in the

  Banking sector

  is required.
• Familiarity with

  banking regulations

  , including

  BASEL III

  , is a definite advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Self-starter who can independently manage tasks and provide timely inputs and solutions.
