Job Title: Informatica PowerCenter Developer with Service Management Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Informatica PowerCenter Developer with a strong understanding of ITIL-based Service Management practices. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining data integration workflows and also managing incident, change, and problem management processes related to the ETL environment. This role requires both strong technical and coordination skills to support end-to-end data processing, ensuring high availability, reliability, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Informatica Development:

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
  
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into enterprise data warehouses.
  
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to implement business logic and ensure data quality.
  
• Tune performance of ETL jobs and perform root cause analysis of data load failures.
  

Service Management:

• Handle day-to-day operations including monitoring ETL jobs, resolving incidents, and supporting data loads.
  
• Manage incident, change, and problem records as per ITIL standards.
  
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive actions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SLAs are met and service improvements are driven.
  
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and provide technical impact analysis.
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and service management workflows.
  
• Engage in knowledge transfer, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to best practices.
  
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and contribute to service reviews.
