Job Title: Informatica Administrator SME

Roles & Responsibilities

Informatica Admin SME

Support migration and validation of Informatica services (e.g., PowerCenter, IDQ) in the cloud
Validate connection configurations (e.g., database connections, repositories)
Provide troubleshooting support for services not starting or behaving as expected
Collaborate with app developers to validate environmental parity and runtime consistency

Scope of Work

Develops and execute POC’s for given patterns
Participate in migration planning and coordination calls as platform SMEs
Provide installation/configuration guidance specific to platform requirements in AWS
Support validation of platform readiness and configuration in non-prod and prod
Troubleshoot issues during testing, cutover, and early production operation
Capacity Plans and Performance Optimization
Document changes and configurations for handoff to operational teams

Out of Scope

AWS infrastructure provisioning, networking, IAM, or monitoring setup
Application code changes, development, or refactoring
Ongoing run/support post-transition phase
Licensing, patching, or compliance tasks beyond migration period
