We are hiring an Appian Lead Developer/Senior Developer (Level 2+ Certified) with 5-9 years of hands-on Appian BPM expertise to lead teams and deliver enterprise-scale BPM solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and deliver scalable Appian BPM solutions Hands-on development with SAIL, process models, records, rules, expressions Build integrations (APIs, connected systems, plugins) for enterprise workflows Lead & mentor a team of 4-5 developers; enforce coding best practices Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability Create reports and dashboards for real-time visibility and insights Can play an Individual Self Contributor Role Must Have Skills Appian Level 2 Certification or above 5-9 years of experience in Appian BPM development & implementation Strong hands-on knowledge of SAIL, process models, rules, expressions, records Expertise in Appian plugins, connected systems, API integrations Solid understanding of SQL Server / MySQL Experience in team leadership and client-facing collaboration Why Join Us?
