Experience: 5+ Years. Strong experience with INFO LN/BAAN - Projects and supply chain modules Work with functional and technical teams to provide support for Baan 5C and Infor LN applications Analyze incidents and service requests and provide resolution as per SLA agreement Create documentation for job aids, problem resolutions, testing, change requests, continuous improvements Connect with users to understand issues/problems and analyze application setups to provide solutions Work with technical team to debug, develop code fixes, perform testing and execute UAT and documentation Perform monitoring of various EDI and GXO interfaces and integrations to identify issues and fix them Prepare and publish report for monitoring of integrations, replication of data, EDI integrations JD 2 - Experience: 5+ Years. Location : Pune (Hybrid). •Worked on BAAN administration including creating and managing user profiles and job management. •Knowledge of ION integrations •Worked on BAAN 5c developments •Worked on LN Cloud Environments and developments •Worked with the LN studio and development utilizing the LN studio Environment. •Co-efficient with 4GL scripts. •Development of Reports using RD(Report Designer) Tool. •Involvement in 1 full Implementation cycle. •Worked on Extensions and Customization as per business requirements. •Installing solution from Dev to TEST and Production Environment. •Pro-efficient with debugging and bug fixing issues.
