Flytant Ads is a performance-based influencer advertising platform that enables creators to monetize their reach by promoting brand campaigns on social media. Influencers earn for every click they generate, and brands benefit from cost-effective, high-impact promotions.

Influencer Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Outreach:

  • Initiate conversations with potential influencers via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email and introduce them to the Flytant Influencers platform.

  • Onboarding Support:

  • Guide influencers through the signup process, assist with profile setup and verification, and ensure they understand how to use the platform.

  • Campaign Activation:

  • Educate influencers on how to perform campaigns, including downloading creatives, using the right links, posting on social media, and tracking performance. Encourage newly onboarded users to begin their first campaigns.

  • Daily Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of influencer onboarding metrics, campaign assignments, and activation status. Identify and follow up with inactive users.

  • User Assistance:

  • Provide ongoing support to influencers, answer queries related to campaigns, payouts, or platform navigation, and ensure a smooth experience throughout.

  • Performance Reporting:

  • Track and report daily metrics including:

  • Number of influencers onboarded

  • Campaigns assigned

  • Influencer activity status

  • Clicks generated per influencer

  • Feedback & Process Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from influencers to identify pain points or process gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding efficiency and engagement.

  • Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube

    • Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently to users

    • Highly organized with good follow-up and reporting skills

    • Self-motivated and able to meet daily performance targets

    • Prior experience in influencer marketing, customer success, or community management is a plus
