Software Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Operations Executive to manage and operate our in-house traffic and engagement tracking software. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system performance, monitor activity logs, and work with dynamic configurations to deliver high-quality results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor specialized traffic management software on a daily basis.
• Set up and update system configurations, including provided access points and network settings.
• Track and log real-time engagement metrics and ensure accuracy of data reporting.
• Follow detailed operational guidelines for different client accounts and projects.
• Identify and escalate any system performance or connectivity issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all operational data.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with software applications.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow step-by-step processes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work exclusively in the day shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST), Monday to Saturday.
• Prior experience in IT operations, data processing, or similar roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
