Role Overview

What You’ll Own

• Lead the

  entire influencer marketing ecosystem

  – discovery, collaboration, briefing, delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  Gen Z & millennial-focused fashion creators

• Strategize and launch influencer campaigns for product drops, promotions, and seasonal pushes
• Oversee

  UGC content creation

  – styling reels, transitions, testimonials, and review videos
• Manage all communication, timelines, and content approvals with influencers
• Run

  creator-based performance campaigns

  and ensure ROI on each initiative
• Track KPIs – engagement, reach, clicks, conversions – and drive continuous improvement
• Own post-campaign analysis and insights reporting
• Align influencer content with brand tone across website, Instagram, marketplaces, and more
• Organize content shoots and activations as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of current, hands-on experience

  in influencer marketing (preferably fashion/lifestyle)
• Smart, creative, and aggressive executor who knows how to

  get things done under pressure

• A go-getter who doesn’t wait for ideas but pushes campaigns forward
• Strong connections in the influencer space — especially mid-tier and micro creators
• Proven success in running

  performance-oriented creator campaigns

• Familiar with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, influencer trends, and creator ROI
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Canva, or CRM/influencer platforms
• Available Mon–Sat with own laptop and internet
• Immediate joiners preferred

Note:

Contract Terms

• Contract-based (not employment); no PF/ESIC/job benefits
• Monthly fixed payout + optional incentive for result delivery
• Monthly invoice required for payment processing
• Contract renewable on performance
