About the Role: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and managing relationships with influencers and creators across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a keen eye for trends, and enjoys building meaningful collaborations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Identify relevant influencers based on brand/client requirements Build and manage strong relationships with influencers and creators Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met Stay up-to-date with digital trends and emerging creators Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, content, design) to align campaigns Maintain a database of influencers, pricing, and past collaborations Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or PR (agency experience preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Strong organizational and Excel/Google Sheet skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field A people person with strong networking instincts Nice to Have: Prior experience working on influencer-led campaigns for lifestyle, FMCG, or digital-first brands Knowledge of influencer marketing tools/platforms Creative mindset and eye for content that performs Show more Show less
