Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer outreach and partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and managing a network of influencers to promote our brand across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong network of influencers in line with brand objectives and target audience.
• Reach out to potential influencers via email, social media, and other communication channels to establish partnerships.
• Develop personalized proposals and communicate campaign briefs clearly to influencers.
• Negotiate terms of collaboration, deliverables, and budgets with influencers.
• Track and maintain records of influencer contacts, collaborations, and performance metrics.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and maintain regular communication with influencers to ensure timely content delivery.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to align influencer activities with overall brand campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future influencer partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising disclosure requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management (1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect and build relationships with influencers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and influencer landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping skills.
