Key Requirements

• Ability to analyze market trends and manage budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, clients, and stakeholders to drive collaborations and business growth.
• Create campaign strategies, cost sheets, and reports while monitoring trends and competitors.
• Lead and motivate team members, manage workloads, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Optimize internal processes, provide creative inputs, and develop award-worthy case studies.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic partnerships while maintaining a healthy P&L.
• Participate in workshops, manage hiring needs, and onboard new team members seamlessly.
