Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The role involves identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across social media platforms to build brand awareness, increase reach, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of influencer landscapes, and the ability to measure campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
Coordinate content creation, ensuring brand guidelines and messaging are maintained.
Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance, ROI, and engagement.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (social media, content, design, PR, sales) for integrated campaign execution.
Manage influencer databases, contracts, and reporting dashboards.
