Role Overview

Influencer Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy:

    Support the development of influencer campaign strategies tailored to client goals, target audience, and budget.
  • Influencer Discovery & Outreach:

    Research and shortlist relevant creators using influencer platforms and manual search; manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Client Management:

    Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients; provide campaign updates, handle approvals, and address feedback.
  • Campaign Execution:

    Ensure timely delivery of content, approvals, posting schedules, and influencer payments.
  • Performance Reporting:

    Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.); deliver detailed client reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Trend Monitoring:

    Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and creator communities to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators for ongoing collaborations.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferably in an agency setting).
  • Solid understanding of social platforms: Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience using influencer marketing tools (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Grin).
  • Creative eye and attention to content quality, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
