Influencer Marketing Executive/Manager

As an Influencer Marketing Executive/Specialist/Manager at Broz Media, you will play a key role in planning and executing influencer campaigns that drive real results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Campaign Strategy: Supporting the development of influencer campaign strategies tailored to client goals, target audience, and budget. - Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Researching and shortlisting relevant creators through influencer platforms and manual search, managing outreach, negotiations, and onboarding. - Client Management: Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients, providing campaign updates, handling approvals, and addressing feedback. - Performance Reporting: Analyzing campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions, delivering detailed client reports with insights and recommendations. - Trend Monitoring: Staying up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and creator communities to ensure campaigns remain fresh and relevant. - Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with influencers and creators for ongoing collaborations. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency setting. - Solid understanding of social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. - Experience with influencer marketing tools such as Aspire, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, and Grin. - Creative eye and attention to content quality, tone, and brand alignment. - Organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently. - Immediate joiner preferred.
