Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and shortlist relevant micro and macro influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) as per campaign requirements.
• Reach out to influencers for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Handle end-to-end influencer onboarding, briefing, and execution of campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, content delivery, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, creatives, and deliverables.
• Maintain a tracker and share regular updates and reports on campaign status and performance.
• Negotiate pricing and deliverables with influencers in line with the budget.
• Stay up-to-date with influencer trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and campaign execution.
• Ability to multitask, follow up regularly, and manage influencer communications professionally.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media coordination is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
