Influencer Marketing- Team Leader

We are looking :

Develop and manage influencer partnerships, create branded campaigns, track performance metrics, and amplify brand reach. Ensure authentic engagement and align strategies with marketing goals to drive awareness and conversions.

Responsibilities:

1. Build the user growth system for the Indian market by implementing the relevant strategies in Instagram or Youtube influencer marketing.

2. Develop localized incentive systems and growth paths for agents and influencers to boost user LTV.

3. Manage the local team, ensuring efficient collaboration and achievement of growth targets.

Requirements:

1.  Fluent in English

2. Knowledge of Indian market behavior and culture for effective management and motivation.

3. Proven experience in user growth with the ability to manage a full project lifecycle.

4. Strong goal orientation, stress tolerance, good muti-tasks and time management skills, problem-solving, and clear logic.
