Job Description

About the Role:

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new users/clients via online channels.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and pitches.
  • Identify partnership opportunities in gaming/affiliate channels.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 6 months–3 years of 

    online sales experience

    .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High motivation to achieve targets and earn incentives.
  • Must have online/digital sales experience (pure offline sales profiles not suitable).
  • Passion for the gaming industry is a plus.

Salary Structure:

  • Basic Salary (fixed):

     ₹25,000 (Basic + Allowance)
  • Commission:

     ₹17,000 – ₹1,00,000 (Performance-Based)

Interview Process:

  • Round 1:

     Virtual Interview
  • Round 2:

     Face-to-Face Interview (for shortlisted candidates)
