Job Description

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who lives and breathes social media trends, knows how to spot authentic creators, and can build meaningful brand–influencer collaborations.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers to create campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, and has a strong understanding of how influencer content impacts brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Discovery & Outreach

  • Identify and evaluate influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Snapchat, Moj, and Threads.
  • Build and maintain a strong influencer database across niches and categories.
  • Reach out to potential influencers and negotiate collaborations, ensuring brand alignment.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Assist in developing influencer strategies aligned with the client’s marketing goals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution — from briefing influencers to tracking deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams to align content direction and messaging.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with creators and influencer agencies.
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of content and approvals.
  • Maintain transparency and professionalism in all influencer interactions.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, platform algorithms, and new creator tools.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand partnerships (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, creator economy, and influencer marketing tools (e.g., Heepsy, Upfluence, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Passion for pop culture, trends, and storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
