Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Executive at Pintola, you will be responsible for managing influencer marketing campaigns, developing relationships with influencers, executing social media marketing strategies, and coordinating public relations efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to align influencer activities with sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Identification & Vetting: Research, identify, and vet suitable micro and macro-influencers across various platforms whose audience aligns with brand goals. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with influencers and their agents/managers. - Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets brand guidelines and objectives. - High-Level Negotiation: Secure the best possible terms for collaborations, adhering strictly to budget. - Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed tracking sheets for all campaign elements and manage the content approval process. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines. - Familiarity with social media performance metrics.,
