Role Description

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across various categories to ensure alignment with the brand’s values and objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Monitor and track campaign performance, measure ROI, and implement optimization strategies to improve results.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in influencer marketing, new platforms, and audience behaviors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with content, social media, and public relations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience working with influencers in sectors such as beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and other relevant categories.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and influencer dynamics.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking to meet deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
