About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing women’s fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, collaborating, and managing influencers across social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage fashion & lifestyle influencers relevant to the brand.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote new collections and seasonal launches.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
• Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with the social media, design, and content teams for campaign alignment.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends and influencer marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Strong network of fashion influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Passion for women’s fashion and understanding of social media trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
