Job Description

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish — outreach, negotiation, content planning, briefs, approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Work with the marketing and content team to align influencer content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Monitor content deliverables, timelines, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, ROI) and prepare campaign reports.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, tools, platforms, and competitor activities.
  • Manage barter and paid collaborations across different product categories.
  • Explore potential partnerships with wellness, beauty, skincare, and lifestyle creators.
