Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Influencer Marketing Executive

with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing influencer collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive brand visibility and engagement through impactful influencer-led strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across categories to align with brand objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers for deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers/agents.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, content, and design) to integrate influencer activities into broader campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners to ensure long-term collaborations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, social media trends, and digital content.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking tools and basic analytics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas and innovative strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Good to Have

  • Experience in managing budgets and ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Existing influencer network in lifestyle, fashion, tech, travel, or other niches.
  • Knowledge of paid promotions and amplification strategies.
