Role & responsibilities Influencer Strategy & Campaigns Develop influencer marketing plans aligned with product launches, seasonal collections, and brand storytelling. Segment influencers by niche (fashion, bridal, lifestyle, luxury) and audience demographics. Influencer Discovery & Relationship Management Identify and vet influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Build long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Content Collaboration Coordinate jewelry styling briefs, gifting campaigns, and paid partnerships. Ensure content reflects brand aesthetics, craftsmanship, and emotional appeal. Performance Analysis Track campaign metrics: reach, engagement, traffic, and sales uplift. Generate reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, and PR teams to amplify influencer content. Support showroom events, influencer meetups, and virtual styling sessions.
