Role Overview-

Key Responsibilities

● Recruit 50–100 new creators every month for affiliate partnerships

● Execute 300–500 targeted DMs per day across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

● Convince creators to join on a per-sale commission model

● Activate influencers to publish content regularly and push performance

● Track clicks, leads, and sales using CRM and affiliate dashboards

● Manage weekly commission payouts with complete transparency

● Increase monthly enrolments through creator-driven traffic

● Maintain reports, track KPIs, and optimize recruitment funnels

Required Skills & Expertise :

● 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate recruitment

● Proven ability to meet high-volume outreach and conversion targets

● Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

● High-energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with fast-paced execution

● Experience with CRM, payout management, and tracking tools

● Ability to handle multiple creator pipelines independently Ideal Candidate

● Comes with hands-on experience in mass outreach and influencer onboarding

● Has a strong understanding of creator behaviour and affiliate psychology

● Thrives in performance-driven roles with aggressive monthly goals
