Role Overview-We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Influencer Affiliate Manager to recruit, activate, and manage influencers at scale. The ideal candidate must excel in outreach, negotiation, and performance-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit 50–100 new creators every month for affiliate partnerships
• Execute 300–500 targeted DMs per day across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Convince creators to join on a per-sale commission model
• Activate influencers to publish content regularly and push performance
• Track clicks, leads, and sales using CRM and affiliate dashboards
• Manage weekly commission payouts with complete transparency
• Increase monthly enrolments through creator-driven traffic
• Maintain reports, track KPIs, and optimize recruitment funnels

Required Skills & Expertise

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate recruitment
• Proven ability to meet high-volume outreach and conversion targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• High-energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with fast-paced execution
• Experience with CRM, payout management, and tracking tools
• Ability to handle multiple creator pipelines independently

Pay: ₹12,097.07 - ₹50,000.00 per month
