Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to sales offices in preparing large and complex tenders.
• Prepare equipment selections, pricing, and project-specific documentation.
• Participate in technical clarifications and kick-off meetings (internal/external).
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to develop optimal technical and commercial solutions.
• Offer operational application assistance and support during project execution.
• Prepare technical and commercial tenders in collaboration with sales and customers.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, QESH, and internal policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.
• Maintain regular communication with factories, sales teams, and global operations to align project deliverables.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related fields such as Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Environmental Technology, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or sales, preferably in the flow equipment or rotating machinery sector.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with MS Office, SAP systems, CPQ, and Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of global sales processes and industrial water applications.
• Compliance Awareness: Strong understanding of regulatory and international trade compliance standards.
